JAWAPAN SOALAN BETUL ATAU SALAH - CARA-CARA SIMPAN UBAT MASYARAKAT MALAYSIA ...

Jawapan picture 4 tu hahaha... kita semua beri jawapan yang salah ... termasuk lah saya... sebab kita tak tau itu kotak insulin kan .... kak farah je perasan tu kotak insulin... hihi...

p/s : kalau rasa ianya bermanfaat ... please share...

This eventually will reduce its efficacy. makan ubat pun tak optimized.

Sepatutnya as a child, we should assist our parents to store medications properly.

KNOW YOUR MEDICINE (KENALI UBAT ANDA)

My 2nd birthday gift for year 2015

Because of this pain ...
Right after they take off all the jarum n plaster etc...
I feel the nikmat of...

Sebab... when the plastic n jarum was there...
Innalillahiwainnailahirajiun....

Despite of all bad management by the hospital that might cause a death to patient ...
I thank Allah ...
for giving me this chance to live ...
Alhamdulillah...
I should not asked for more but to ask Allah forgiveness and to give me enough time to settle all my amanah, hutang, setelkan salah silap dengan orang etc.
This is 2nd time Allah send me this reminder...
I should be prepared ...
My time is so much near ...
(Korang pun... kena bersedia)

Owh Allah thank you for the reminder.
Thank you for Your love towards me...
I shall now ... really really really need to think seriously about death...
Kadang kita rasa kita dah sedia ... tapi bila "ujian" tu betul2 datang...
Menggelabah...

p/s: to all doctors and nurse who take a very much good care of me ... may Allah rewards you the best...
To those doctors n nurse who MAYBE accidently ignore me and almost cause a death ...
i forgive u and please forgive me for scold u guys...

Afterall uols pun manusia biasa ...
Kesilapan pasti berlaku...
Cuma bila "bermain dengan nyawa manusia" ... ignorance n bad management might kill your patient...
Please be extra carefull ya ...

Thank you mama & ayah ... boy n shikeen... along... ecah ... for the helps given...
Maaf sebab susahkan...
Thank you to all yang sincerely keep me in your doa...

Camna nak Kurus - in Most Logical Way ;-)

owh gosh.... ijan baru bagi saya sebijik muffin...cis.... tqui...but i love u lah....hahahaha.... makan huda makan...jangan tak makan...
(tak ada motip)
below this *** line adalah yang saya copy paste and disseminate 100% daripada FL nyer entry.
jazakillah FL...
******************************************************************************
1. JANGAN CRASH DIET
crash diet tu ialah diet secara mengejut. ramai ja awek2 yang buat lagu ni. aku cukup marah aih. sebabnya bila ang crash diet, memangla berat ang turun secara mendadak. yelah ang tak makan 2 hari pastu turun 3kg, ang gembira bukan main kepalang. Padahal berat ang turun sebab water volume dalam badan ang yang reduce bukan fat. Pastu kalau ang crash diet, metabolism badan akan rendah sebabnya badan ang pikiaq ang tgh starvation. Pastu satgi bila ang dah tak pat tahan nafsu, ang makan macam biasa balik, badan ang akan store as much fat as possible. maka berat ang yang bertambah akan lebih dari yang ang ilang. rugi tak?

2. JANGAN SKIP MEAL. JUST REDUCE PORTION
'I don't take lunch & dinner, i'm on diet'. Podah. Ni sorang lagi nak kena sekeh ngan aku ni. Sapa ngaja ang skip-skip meals ni. Kalau ang skip meals, ang mula la lapa nak mampos meroyan tak tentu pasal. Skali bila rasa macam dah nazak, sikit lagi nak mati, ang melantak makan megi/biskut tengah-tengah malam. Pastu mengantuk sebab perut kenyang. Apa lagi, suma yang ang makan tu badan ang store jadi fat lah. Bila badan ang perlukan energy pada siang hari, ang tak makan. Bila badan ang tak perlukan energy ang makan pulak. The key is, moderate je. Makan setiap waktu makan tapi kurangkan porsi.

3. HAPUSKAN MAKANAN RINGAN DI DUNIA INI
'I tak makan nasi, I take biscuit only'. Gila. Dah la tak kenyang pastu kasi tambah gemok lagi. Awek la ni suka salah anggap, depa rasa makan nasi tu menggemokkan, makan twisties, biskut & air coke suma takpa. Sebab tu depa tak makan nasi tapi makan makanan ringan. Tipah tertipu la bro. Nama ja makanan ringan tapi sebenarnya kalori tinggi. Aku habaq ngan ang, aku dulu berat turun sampai 9kg sebab aku tak makan titbits langsung. aku just makan breakfast, lunch & dinner. Kalo aku lapar, aku minum milo & makan roti. Memang berkesan. Percayalah cakap aku.

4. GET ACTIVE

5. JANGAN BUAT STRENUOUS EXERCISE KALAU TAK MAMPU, JUST SLOW-JOG/WALK.
Glucose metabolism ni perlukan oxygen, bila ang exercise melampau, oxygen kan kurang, jadi dia convert metabolism tu jadi anaerobic (tak pakai oxygen). Bila anerobic metabolism berlaku makanya, acid lactic akan terkumpul. Lepas tu merana la badan ang sakit sakit.
Professor aku ni dia buat kajian kat adik laki dia, memang berkesan. Adik dia hari-hari jalan 4jam tanpa henti dalam masa sebulan, pastu berat dia dah kurang 15kg. Hebatkan? Pasni aku nasihatkan, petang2 tu ajak la roomate pegi jalan-jalan keliling kolej usha laki hensem. Badan pon kurus, hati pon girang. Tapi janganlah jalan lenggang kangkung. Takdo makno eh jang.
Berdasarkan pengalaman akulah, memang betol. Aku ilang 9kg dlu masa lepas SPM. masa tu aku keja dengan mak aku kat company dia. Keja dari 8pagi sampai 5 ptg. Memang sah sah tak pergi jogging la kan. Walaupon naik kereta tapi disebabkan selalu takda parking and takut keta kena clamp, aku jalan memang laju & banyak. Kadang-kadang aku sering tertanya-tanya adakah aku sedang bermarathon?
Anyway, aku makan macam biasa, keje penat makan mesti mewah maaa. Takde diet. Tapi aku tak sentuh junk food langsung. Umah aku takda junkfood sebab adik bradik suma laki depa tak makan junk food. Beza la masa sekolah dlu, sikit2 biskut. sikit2 biskut. Hampeh masa sekolah dlu walaupun aku training basketball tiap-tiap hari tapi berat aku tetap bertambah jugak. Ni suma gara-gara crash diet ngan junk food. siot ja kan. Tapi takpa, amek pengajaran. Buku understanding nutrition lah cakap, kalau salah ang p maki author dia k.
Dulu berat aku turun dalam masa 6 bulan. Kiranya bukan lah drastik. Dia turun sikit-sikit. Masa tu ramai makcik makcik dok tego aku, 'eh atin dah kurus sekarang macam tyra banks ape rahsie?' ok part tyra banks tu tipu makcik tak kenal tyra okayh -____-. Last skali berat aku stop kat 42kg. Memang kurus sebabnya aku ni tinggi 161cm. Masa tu suma orang risau pasai pa aku kurus sangat ibarat haiwan yang terpelihara daripada kepupusan. Pastu aku pon naikkan berat jadi 44kg. Tapi baru-baru ni aku sedang menaikkan sikit lagi untuk mendapatkan bentuk badan yang sexayyy. kiki jadi berat aku skang in between 45-46kg lah.

Jom Hidup Sihat

assalamualaikum wbt.
Marilah kita merajinkan diri menukar cadar. Iya lah sebelum ne pun rajin, tapi tak tahu sebab nya. ^_^

How often you must change your bedsheets
No matter your relationship status, you never go to bed alone. Nestled within your sheets are countless intruders. For an explanation, we turned to Philip M. Tierno Jr., director of clinical microbiology and immunology at New York University's Langone Medical Center.

How often do most Americans change their sheets?
It varies. Most people have a standard of once a week. But many people go three weeks, a month or more. "Younger people seem to leave their sheets on the bed longer," Dr. Tierno says.

How often should they change their sheets?
Wash sheets and pillowcases once a week, and you'll eliminate that debris that has accumulated in the bed for that week. You'll be safer from breathing in that material.

Debris? How can sheets possibly get that dirty?
Human skin cells become food for dust mites. That is one of the biggest problems associated with bedding. Mites accumulate, along with their feces. But there is also animal hair, dander, fungal mold, fungal spores, bodily secretions and bacteria. Also: dust, lint, fibers, particulates, insect parts, pollen, soil, sand and cosmetics. "One person can perspire as much as a liter in a night—even more if you have a lot of covers," he says. And, of course, people eat in bed as they watch TV.

All this stuff is yucky, but is it a health risk?
It is mainly a threat to respiratory tracts and not an infectious source. If you have allergies or asthma, this matter can exacerbate it. If you don't have an allergy, you could develop one because you're constantly challenged.

Is there an ideal way to wash bedding?
The water should be 130 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, typically the washing machine's hot-water cycle. Then dry using a hot drying cycle. That is germicidal; it actually kills and destroys a lot of vegetative material. It also kills the dust mites. For extra protection, "bleach is excellent. It is probably the cheapest germicide and can be used in a low concentration." Cold water non-bleach bleaches use peroxide, so they're also germicidal.

Once a week, hot water. Then I'm safe?
No. To protect the mattress, I use an impervious outer cover. If you look at a mattress, it collects debris by gravity. All kinds of things collect on it that are absorbed into its core. Without the impervious cover, your mattress is a "zoological and botanical garden," he says. The outer covers are made of pliable, plastic vinyl and are commonly used by people with asthma and allergy symptoms. The covers should also go on pillowcases. "If you put an impervious outer cover over the mattress and mattress pad, your mattress won't harm you."

Bahaya Mandi Malam

Saya perhatikan bahawa tapak tangan saya semakin basah semenjak saya bermain badminton.

KALAU ANYONE HAVE COMMENTS ON THIS, PLS SHARE.

nota: sejauh mana kebenaran tak tahu, tapi pernah menimpa seorang customer kami di S'pore semasa aku kerja di JB dulu. dalam article tu dipanggil SINDROM 'M' . M not equals to MALAS, but M=Money. sebab gila kerja, non-stop ngadap pc, nak cari duit for survival, akhirnya membawa maut kepada beliau. tak dapat nak paste kan cerita ttg beliau sebab ia dalam format news paper cuting. - nhhas

Sayangi Jantung Anda Setiap Hari

Berikut di paste kan something interesting to share ttg J.A.N.T.U.N.G
Get this via emel from my deputy.
********************************************************************************************
Jumlahnya hampir-hampir satu baldi air. Dia bekerja tanpa rehat.
HARGAILAH JANTUNG ANDA.....

Low White Blood Cells

Causes for Low White Blood Cells in your System

Leukopenia is the scientific term for low white blood cells in your body, a condition which may be indicative of serious problems. Conferring with your physician will be your optimal source of accurate information regarding your health; however, there is a basic guide to inform individuals of why this may occur.

White blood cells are chief elements in the body’s immune system. It can be said that our bodies are forever on guard against attack by foreign substances, such as toxins, parasites, viruses and bacteria; our own all inclusive army, as it were. Any of these foreign substances have the ability to attack, destroy and conquer different areas in our bodies when certain conditions exist and if there is no safeguard in place. That is where our immune system steps in. In order to keep our systems safe and able to perform their prescribed functions, they must continually battle infections and invasions from the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis. The immune system is composed of many cells that build our “army”; the majority of which are white blood cells. It is their duty to act as our defensive mechanism by fighting infection, and ward off any of those foreign substances constantly threatening our health. The white blood cells, just like the red, have their beginnings in the stem cells of our bone marrow.

There are times when your doctor will advise having a WBC, or white blood count, performed. A complete blood count is often ordered as part of a routine medical exam; a segment of which is the white blood count. When health conditions warrant it, however, your doctor may have the WBC tested on a regular basis to monitor your status.

The test is relatively simple and painless, requiring blood being drawn from a vein. The purpose of the test is to determine how many white blood cells you have; during times when your body is fighting an infection, more white blood cells than normal will be present. When the test indicates that you have low white blood cells, the condition is called leucopenia. The possible causes for the condition could be:

1) Problems with bone marrow (possible viral infection)
2) Collagen-vascular diseases (example: lupus erythematosus)
3) Liver or spleen diseases
4) Radiation (as in treatment for cancer)
5) Autoimmune disorders
6) White blood cell destroying medications
7) Severe allergy reactions
8) Hyperthyroidism
9) Vitamin deficiencies
10) Infections (example: typhoid, tuberculosis, virus disorders)

Other diseases and disorders could also be attributable to a low count of white blood cells; again, this is merely a guide to possible causes. It is always advisable to discuss your condition with your doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

Symptoms of low WBC

For an otherwise healthy person that has a low WBC, the symptoms of the condition may very well be mistaken for those of the flu. People who have chronic conditions that have created the low WBC need to be aware of the symptoms that may occur. This could indicate that their medication is not working at the level it should. Fever, stomach cramps, diarrhea, canker or other mouth sores, coughing, sneezing, headache or body aches may all be indicative of infections. For those with an already weakened immune system and no way to fight off the infection, these illnesses could pose an extremely dangerous situation for them. Intravenously administered antibiotics may be deemed necessary to assist in building up the white blood cell count that will effectively fight off the infection.

In the world of white blood cells, there exist five sub-types present in the human body; each with its own functions. When a condition involving low white blood cells is diagnosed, generally only one of these types of cells exhibits decreased levels; the type whose specific purpose is to fight off a particular type of infection. In most cases, all of the other while blood cell types remain in the normal range. It is for this reason that symptoms of the condition can vary, not only from person to person, but also from incident to incident within the same person.

Diagnosis of low white blood count involves identifying the type of white blood cell causing the problem. A low white blood count means that the individual has a weakened immune system and at risk for infection. The longer the count stays low, the greater the risk for the person to become ill. The most important treatment for an individual suffering from low WBC is prevention. Avoiding germs by frequent hand washing, vigorous cleaning of kitchen and bathroom surfaces using a disinfectant cleanser, all foods should be properly stored and cooked (hot foods served hot, cold foods served cold) and shellfish and fish may need to be avoided until the person’s system is back on track. Take additional care not to scratch or burn the skin; many bacteria enter the bloodstream in that manner. For existing skin irritations, keep them covered with an antibacterial gel and an adhesive strip.

It is also best to avoid social gatherings as much as possible during the period that the white blood count is diminished. Especially in areas where children are often found, germs and bacteria thrive and provide the perfect environment for infecting someone. A mere cough in an elevator could launch numerous bacteria into the atmosphere; harmless enough perhaps for a healthy person but potentially deadly for that one person with low white blood cells.

Medications for those cases when prevention does not work, or before chemotherapy is administered, can be quite effective. Called growth factors, they contain a protein that encourages new cell production by the bone marrow. Filgrastim and pelfilgrastim are the two most common drugs prescribed. They do involve some side effects, such as itchiness and reddening at the site of the injection, fever, chills, aching of bones and joints as well as fatigue. Undergoing current research is the application of stem cells that are believed to stimulate white blood cell production, but are not yet available for use as treatment.

What to do if diagnosed with low WBC

For people who have a chronic illness or disorder in which white blood cell count is typically reduced due to either the condition or its treatment, the treatments and cautionary preventative measures may be part of their daily routine by now. Others, whose diagnosis is new, may find the news frightening and be confused as to how to continue on in their daily routines while being treated. It is important to discuss your condition with your doctor in order to fully understand its implications and how it will affect your life from this point forward. Knowledge is the key to understanding. Be prepared at your next doctor visit, and arrive armed with a list of questions you have compiled. Once you understand how low white blood cells will affect your body, and the overall function of white blood cells within your body, you will have a better and more positive frame of mind with which to battle your disorder.

It could be that your condition may be a temporary one, or it may be one that you will need to learn to live with for the remainder of your life. Either way, it will without a doubt require some adaptations and concessions in your daily life. Learning to live within the confines of the disorder with the ultimate goal of growing stronger and healthier will be your armor to fight the condition. Heeding the doctor’s advice of keeping yourself protected from possible exposure to bacteria and the ensuing infection will be to your advantage, as well as any medication that may be prescribed.

Being diagnosed with leukopenia, or low white blood cells, can be a frightening thing. While there are many reasons why this could be happening to your body, the important thing to remember is to do everything within your power to overcome the disorder. There are medical treatments and preventative measures that are designed to ensure as much as possible the health and safety of those suffering from low WBC and to get them back on a healthy track.

HCL = Hairy cell leukemia

Hairy cell leukemia is a mature B cell neoplasm. It is usually classified as a sub-type of chronic lymphoid leukemia for convenience. It is uncommon, representing about 2% of all leukemias, or less than a total of 2000 new cases diagnosed each year in North America and Western Europe combined.
Originally known as histiocytic leukemia, malignant reticulosis, or lymphoid myelofibrosis in publications dating back to the 1920s, this disease was formally named leukemic reticuloendotheliosis and its characterization significantly advanced by Bertha Bouroncle, M.D. and her colleagues at the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1958. Its common name, which was coined in 1966, is derived from the appearance of the cells under a microscope.

SYMPTOMS
In hairy cell leukemia, the broken "hairy cells" build up in the bone marrow, which means that the bone marrow has difficulty producing enough normal cells: white blood cells to fight infections, red blood cells to carry oxygen, and platelets to stop bleeding. Consequently, patients usually present with infection, anemia-related fatigue, and/or easy bleeding.
Most symptoms are often vague, such as "persistent fatigue" or "not feeling well." Some of the leukemic cells may gather in the spleen and cause it to swell; this can have the side effect of making the person feel full even when he or she has not eaten much.
Hairy cell leukemia is commonly diagnosed after a routine blood count shows unexpectedly low numbers for one or more kinds of blood cells, or after unexplained bruises or unexplained infections, such as repeated bouts of pneumonia in an otherwise apparently healthy patient.
Platelet function may be somewhat impaired in HCL patients, although this does not appear to have any significant practical effect. It may result in somewhat more mild bruises than would otherwise be expected for a given platelet count or a mildly increased bleeding time for a minor cut. It is likely the result of producing slightly abnormal platelets in the overstressed bone marrow tissue.
Patients with a high tumor burden may also have somewhat reduced levels of cholesterol, especially in patients with an enlarged spleen. Cholesterol levels return to more normal values with successful treatment of HCL.

CAUSE
The cause is unknown, but it is generally accepted that it is not caused by tobacco, ionizing radiation, or industrial chemicals other than possibly diesel.
Farming and gardening appear to increase the risk in some studies. The possibility that HCL is caused by a random accident during routine cell division can not be ruled out.

Ulcer

What Is an Ulcer?
An ulcer is a sore, which means it's an open, painful wound. Peptic ulcers are ulcers that form in the stomach or the upper part of the small intestine, called the duodenum (pronounced: doo-uh-dee-num).
Peptic ulcers are very common. Doctors say that in the United States, almost 1 in every 10 people will get an ulcer at some time during their lives.

What Causes an Ulcer?
For almost 100 years, doctors believed that stress, spicy foods, and alcohol caused most ulcers. Now we know that most peptic ulcers are caused by a particular bacterial infection in the stomach and upper intestine, by certain medications, or by smoking.
In 1982, two doctors — Barry Marshall and Robin Warren — discovered a certain kind of bacteria that can live and grow in the stomach. Both doctors went on to win the Nobel Prize for their discovery. The medical name for these bacteria is Helicobacter pylori (or H. pylori, for short). Today doctors know that most peptic ulcers are caused by an infection from H. pylori.
Lots of people have H. pylori infections. Almost 2 out of every 10 people younger than 40 have this bacteria in their digestive systems.

Experts believe that 90% of the people around the world who have ulcers are infected with H. pylori. But strangely enough, most people infected with H. pylori don't develop an ulcer. Doctors aren't completely sure why, but they think that part of the reason may depend on the individual person — for example, people who develop ulcers may already have a problem with the lining of their stomachs. It is also believed that some people may naturally secrete more stomach acid than others — and it doesn't matter what stresses they're exposed to or what foods they eat. Peptic ulcers may have something to do with the combination of H. pylori infection and the level of acid in the stomach.

When H. pylori bacteria do cause ulcers, here's how doctors think these ulcers develop:
Bacteria weaken the protective coating of the stomach and upper small intestine.
Acid in the stomach then gets through to the sensitive tissues lining the digestive system underneath.

Acid and bacteria directly irritate this lining resulting in sores, or ulcers.
Although H. pylori are responsible for most cases of peptic ulcers, these ulcers can happen for other reasons, too. Sometimes people regularly take pain relievers (like aspirin or ibuprofen) that fight inflammation in the body. These medications, known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), are used to treat certain long-term painful conditions like arthritis. If taken in high daily doses over a long period of time, they can cause ulcers in some of the people who use them.

Smoking is also associated with peptic ulcers. Smoking increases a person's risk of getting an ulcer because the nicotine in cigarettes causes the stomach to produce more acid. Drinking a lot of alcohol each day for a period of time can also increase a person's risk of ulcers because over time alcohol can wear down the lining of the stomach and intestines.

In certain circumstances stress can help cause ulcers. But this usually only happens in situations when illness involving severe emotional or physical stress is involved — such as when someone is so sick that he or she cannot eat for a long period of time. Ulcers occur because of uncontrolled increased acid production in the stomach and changes in a person's immune system (the body system that fights infection). With any illness where the body's ability to heal is challenged (such as when a person has been burned badly in a fire), there is a risk for developing ulcers.

Signs and Symptoms
Stomach pain is the most common symptom of an ulcer. It usually feels like sharp aches between the breastbone and the belly button. This pain often comes a few hours after eating. It can also happen during the night or early in the morning, when the stomach is empty. Eating something or taking an antacid medication sometimes makes the pain go away for awhile.

Other symptoms of ulcers can include:
loss of appetite
sudden, sharp stomach pains
nausea
frequent burping or hiccuping
weight loss
vomiting (if blood is in the vomit or the vomit looks like coffee grounds, which only happens with severe ulcers, call a doctor right away)
bloody or blackish bowel movements (this could indicate a serious problem, so call a doctor right away if you notice this)
Anyone who thinks he or she may have an ulcer needs to see a doctor. Over time, untreated ulcers grow larger and deeper and can lead to other problems. An untreated ulcer can cause bleeding in the digestive system or make a hole in the wall of the stomach or duodenum, making someone very sick.

How Are Ulcers Diagnosed and Treated?
In addition to doing a physical examination, the doctor will take a medical history by asking about any concerns and symptoms you have, your past health, your family's health, any medications you're taking, any allergies you may have, and other issues. If you have stomach pain or other symptoms of an ulcer, the doctor will perform some tests to help make the diagnosis.
One test is called an upper gastrointestinal (GI) series. This is a type of X-ray of the stomach, duodenum, and esophagus, the muscular tube that links the mouth to the stomach. A person drinks a whitish liquid called barium while getting an X-ray, and if he or she has an ulcer, it should be outlined on the X-ray.
Another common procedure to look for an ulcer is called an endoscopy (pronounced: en-dass-kuh-pee). During this test, the doctor uses an endoscope, a skinny, lighted tube with a special camera on the end.
A doctor will give someone getting an endoscopy medicine to feel relaxed. Then the doctor gently guides the endoscope into the throat and down into the esophagus, and finally into the stomach and upper intestines. The doctor is able to look at the inner lining of these organs from the camera on a television screen and can even take pictures. Tissue can be removed during an endoscopy and then tested for H. pylori bacteria.
A doctor can also do a blood test for H. pylori bacteria. This may be important if an ulcer is found in the upper GI series or is suspected before the endoscopy. The blood test can be done right in the doctor's office. Sometimes a bowel movement or a person's breath can also be specially tested to check for the H. pylori bacteria.
Ulcers caused by H. pylori bacteria are generally treated with a combination of medications; usually two to three medicines are taken every day for a few weeks. Antibiotics are prescribed to kill the H. pylori bacteria. The other medicines — acid blockers or proton pump inhibitors — lessen the amount of acid in the stomach and help protect the lining of the stomach so the ulcer can heal.

Ulcer Prevention
Doctors are not totally certain how H. pylori bacteria are transmitted from person to person. The bacteria have been found in saliva, so kissing may be one way. They may also be spread through food, water, or contact with vomit (puke) that has been infected with the bacteria.
The best advice in ulcer prevention is to always wash your hands after you use the bathroom and before you eat and to take good care of your body by exercising regularly and not smoking or drinking.

p/s: kalau mulut kena ulcer camna nih? dah macam mulut suku kaum Jlo jer...huhuhu.pasni kena gastric plak.sbb dah tak blh nak makan.

S.E.N.Y.U.M

senyum seindah suria...
yang membawa cahya...
senyumlah dari hati...
duniamu berseri...
senyum umpama impian...
dalam kehidupan...
kau tersenyum...
ku tersenyum...
kebahagiaan menguntum...

Have u ever heard or sing above song? i used to sing this song when i was in Uni; be a facilitator for motivation programe...
