Kuah /gravy untuk ayam ros /ayam masala :
Tumis bawang blender + buah pelaga + bunga cengkih
Dah naik bau wangi then bubuh cabai blender
Serbuk ketumbar sesudu dua ikut kesesuaian.
Sos tomato sesudu dua
Buah tomato dihiris bulat
Bawah holand dihiris bulat

Add sugar and salt
Daun ketumbar sikit je.
Dah nampak cantik kuah bolehlah.masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng.
